The summit begins with a discussion between Prime Minister Schoof, Prime Minister De Croo of Belgium, and Prime Minister Frieden of Luxembourg. They will discuss current geopolitical and European issues, including the war in Ukraine and defense and security. Following this, Prime Minister Wüst of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and Vice Chair Decoster of the regional council Hauts-de-France will join for a working session. This meeting will be followed by working sessions that will also include the college of secretaries-general of the Benelux Union and a delegation from the Benelux Parliament.
During the summit, the joint Benelux declaration will be signed. To conclude, an informal dinner will take place.
