Drs. E.J.H.S. (Erwin) Flipse MPA has been a member of the board of the Amsterdam Court since 2022. Previously, he was part of the management at UMC Utrecht, overseeing two divisions, where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of operations. He has also worked at two consultancy firms, advising the government on efficiency and management issues. Additionally, he spent considerable time in various managerial roles at the Directorate-General for National Budget of the Ministry of Finance. Erwin Flipse studied Political Science at Leiden University and obtained a Master of Public Administration from the Netherlands School of Public Administration.

This appointment was made through the procedure for the top management group of the General Administrative Service.
