Appointment of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Integrity Chamber Sint Maarten
The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of Mr. C.R.M. Wallé as chairman of the supervisory board of the Integrity Chamber Sint Maarten. The appointment is for a period of three years and will officially take effect on November 1, 2025, by Royal Decree.
According to the established procedure, the two members of the supervisory board must provide a binding written advice for this appointment.
The Integrity Chamber Sint Maarten advises and makes proposals for the general policy on integrity promotion in Sint Maarten and conducts (preliminary) investigations into suspected misconduct.
