The consultation is about the Temporary Groningen Act regarding the establishment of requirements for advisors and some other amendments. It outlines the criteria that advisors must meet to assist owners, such as work experience, knowledge, and education. Several other matters will also be adjusted to improve the implementation of the strengthening operation.
The consultation period starts on September 22 and ends on October 31, 2025. After the consultation period closes, the responses will be reviewed, and the consultation report will indicate how they have been processed. Shortly after the consultation, the regulation will come into effect.
