Working at Defence must be possible and attractive in every respect. The organization focuses on individual talents. This way, Defence finds an optimal connection between the capabilities of each person and the needs of the organization.
From now on, it will pay more attention to the individual and be less selective. Defence offers challenging work with more development and career prospects. Training programs are being modernized and the training capacity significantly expanded.
The campaign will be visible on television, online, and in cinemas starting March 28. There will also be attention in newspapers.
