Corona Support for Public Transport Extended

Public transport will also receive financial support from the government in the fourth quarter to keep trains, buses, metros, and trams running during the coronavirus crisis. In February, the cabinet announced that the public transport sector could count on financial support from the state until September. The scheme has now been extended for the whole of 2021.
