The College for Human Rights is the national and independent institution that monitors compliance with human rights in the Netherlands, including Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba). The College does this through research, advice, education, and information. Additionally, anyone who feels discriminated against at work, in education, or as a consumer can report this or file a complaint. The College adjudicates in individual cases whether discrimination occurs in accordance with equal treatment legislation.

Appointments to the College for Human Rights for Caribbean Netherlands
The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of two new deputy members for Caribbean Netherlands at the College for Human Rights, based on a proposal from State Secretary Rutte of Justice and Security.
