Eddo Verdoner (NCAB): “The conference clearly meets a need: this year, delegations from 33 countries are participating, twice as many as at the first edition last year. Combating antisemitism can be complex, and we notice that the need among prosecutors to learn from each other is great.”

Opening by Minister Foort van Oosten

The conference is opened today by Minister of Justice and Security Foort van Oosten. Today and tomorrow, contributions come from, among others, Attorney General Sue Preenen, emeritus professor Alan Dershowitz, professor Robert Katz, and former Supreme Court judge Ybo Buruma. Participating countries conduct working groups in which they jointly explore case studies.
