During the term of the collective labor agreement, from December 1, 2025, to December 15, 2027, the following salary increases will be implemented:

• As of December 1, 2025, the salary will be increased by 1 percent.
• As of March 1, 2026, the salary will be increased by 2 percent.
• As of September 1, 2026, the salary will be increased by 2 percent.
• As of January 1, 2027, the salary will be increased by 2 percent.
• As of July 1, 2027, the salary will be increased by 1.5 percent.

In total, a salary increase of 8.5% will take place during the term.
Additionally, police officers will receive a one-time payment of €1,100 gross in December 2025 and September 2026. It has also been agreed that the IKB net will be increased to €500.

The negotiators result includes agreements aimed at ensuring that employees remain sustainably employable throughout their police careers. Furthermore, the parties have made new, adjusted, and more targeted agreements regarding the possibility of early retirement for employees with heavy work, born in 1962, 1963, 1964, and the first quarter of 1965. These adjusted agreements fit within the framework of the central agreement healthy to retirement.

This negotiators result has become a balanced package with attention to income, employability, and earlier retirement. It is important that police work is rewarded. Police officers work day and night for our safety: heavy work from which society benefits greatly. I am grateful to the police for that.

Furthermore, agreements have been made regarding intake and flow opportunities, career perspectives, compensation for trainees, repayment of student debt, inclusion, sustainability, and police volunteers. The parties are satisfied with the negotiators result. The agreements in this result are aimed at all (groups of) employees and volunteers and contribute to a future-proof police organization.
