In interactive workshops and inspiring sessions, we will address urgent questions:
- What works in de-escalation?
- How does intimidation influence our behavior?
- How do you set boundaries when reporting is not an option?
- How do we use data, guidelines, and policies to make a real difference?
We will discuss themes such as restorative justice, increased staffing measures, psychosocial aftercare, and the crucial role of the employer. Because working safely is not a luxury, but a basic requirement.
An important moment during the conference is the presentation of the revised guideline for psychosocial support for high-risk professions. This guideline marks a milestone in the pursuit of good employment practices and structural support for professionals facing risks in their work.
We also look ahead. The Taskforce Our Emergency Workers Safe, which has been active since 2021, will cease in 2026. The accumulated knowledge, insights, and practical experiences must not be lost. During the closing panel discussion, we will explore how we can sustainably secure the approach. How do we ensure that what we learn continues to live on and has a lasting impact?
