Mathematical Lower Limit for Legal Review by the Council of State
The cabinet has decided to submit an information request to the Council of State regarding the establishment of a lower limit of 1 mol/ha/year for nitrogen calculations. With this step, the cabinet aims to test and strengthen the legal validity of this mathematical lower limit.
