The amended decision is part of the legislative proposal More Security for Flexible Workers. This legislative proposal was submitted to the House of Representatives on May 19. This proposal states that temporary workers and other people who are lent out to work at other companies have the right to equivalent working conditions as people who are directly employed by that company. By making an exception for social development companies, it is prevented that they can no longer reward according to their own collective labor agreement.
