Bill to Limit the Compensation Scheme for Transition Payments in Cases of Dismissal Due to Long-term Incapacity for Work for Small Employers to the Council of State
Today, the bill Limiting the compensation scheme for transition payments in cases of dismissal due to long-term incapacity for work for small employers has been sent by the cabinet to the Council of State.
The bill follows from the coalition agreement in which it was agreed that compensation for a transition payment after dismissal due to long-term incapacity for work will be limited to small employers.
The bill ensures that only small employers, under certain conditions, will be compensated for the paid transition payment in cases of dismissal due to long-term incapacity for work.
