It concerns the:
- Participation Act;
- Income Provision Act for Older and Partially Disabled Unemployed Workers (IOAW);
- Income Provision Act for Older and Partially Disabled Former Self-Employed (IOAZ);
- General Old Age Act (AOW);
- General Survivors Act (Anw);
- Act on Work and Employment Support for Young Disabled (Wajong);
- Unemployment Insurance Act (WW);
- Work and Income according to Labor Capacity Act (WIA);
- Disability Insurance Act (WAO);
- Sickness Act (ZW);
- Allowances Act (TW).
The increase in these benefits is due to the fact that they are linked to the statutory minimum wage.
The minimum wage will rise from € 14.06 per hour (based on a 36-hour workweek) to € 14.40 per hour as of July 1, 2025.
In addition, the minimum youth wages will be revised as of July 1, 2025. They will increase by the same percentage. Furthermore, child benefits will be increased in line with the development of consumer prices.
