Third tranche local insulation approach: € 471 million for municipalities
Municipalities can again apply for budget from April 1, 2025, to support residents who need it most in insulating their homes. There is € 471 million available in the third tranche of the local approach of the National Insulation Program (NIP). This allows municipalities to support at least 213,000 homeowners and residents in mixed Owners Associations with poorly insulated homes.
