National Fund for Affordable Homeownership starts July 1 with €100 million

The National Fund for Affordable Homeownership (NFBK) starts on July 1 with a budget of €100 million. The cabinet provides an additional €30 million on top of the previous budget of €70 million. The fund offers developers support to sell homes at a lower price than the market value to starters. The maximum buyer support per home is €70,000. Starters with a middle income thus have a better chance of buying a new home.
