Insulation Approach Groningen and North Drenthe: Adjusted Subsidy Scheme to the House of Representatives

The cabinet has sent the adjusted subsidy scheme for the insulation approach of Groningen and North Drenthe (measure 29 from Nij Begun) to the House of Representatives. The measure, part of the cabinets response to the report on earthquake damage in the region, was presented in March 2024 and further developed over the past year. The aim is for the scheme to come into effect in May, allowing the first homeowners to apply for subsidies before summer.
