1. Environment

The Commission urges Estonia to comply with the Directive on emissions from medium combustion plants. Estonia has two months to respond.

2. Internal Market

Italy must align its product labeling rules with EU free movement laws. The Commission requests a response within two months.

3. Migration

Hungary needs to properly implement the Firearms Directive. A response is required within two months.

4. Justice

France must enhance protection for package travelers. Poland is asked to revise laws on free movement of persons. Several countries face action over the European Arrest Warrant.

5. Energy and Climate

Belgium, Estonia, Croatia, Poland, and Slovakia must submit their National Energy and Climate Plans. Hungary is advised against undermining EU arbitration positions.

6. Taxation

Spain must allow deductions for non-resident taxpayers on royalty payments. The Commission refers Spain to the Court of Justice for discriminatory tax practices.
