Thank you for this busy day. We discussed the three main topics of this mandate: the challenges facing Europes health, medicine supply, and pharmaceutical legislation.

We addressed the security of medicine supply, particularly in light of shortages. This issue, prevalent since the COVID pandemic, demands a solution. The Commissions proposal offers opportunities for European companies to strengthen production capacity within Europe.

Non-communicable diseases, such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases, are major causes of death. There is a need for better prevention and personalized health strategies.

New technologies, like artificial intelligence, can help provide choices for better health. The mental health of young people in the digital age was also discussed. Cyberbullying and screen time are growing concerns.

We must collaborate with platform operators to protect mental health. Thank you.
