President Costa,
Prime Minister Pashinyan,
It is a pleasure to welcome you back to Brussels. As I mentioned last year, Europe stands firmly with Armenia. Our relationship is stronger than ever, highlighted by our ambitious Partnership Agenda and the 270 million Euro Resilience and Growth Plan for Armenia. Your beautiful country is poised to play a significant role in Europes future. The draft Peace Treaty with Azerbaijan marks a historic turning point, ending decades of conflict. I hope the treaty is signed soon, and Europe will continue to support you on this journey.
