Thank you, esteemed chairs and Members,
Its an honour to return for our 18th Recovery and Resilience Dialogue, the second of this mandate.
The RRF supports the green and digital transitions, benefiting European citizens and businesses.
Approximately 41% of green transition targets and 42% of digital transformation milestones have been achieved.
Recent reforms have streamlined processes. Estonias recent measures aim to expedite clean energy transitions.
SMEs in Denmark and other regions have received digital project funding.
Progress is evident in social policy and healthcare reforms, such as training medical staff in the Netherlands.
Transparency in the RRF remains a priority. We are working to enhance transparency for fund recipients.
The Commission supports the Parliaments request for more comprehensive transparency measures.
Collaboration with the European Court of Auditors continues to ensure compliance and improve processes.
We encourage Member States to reassess and revise their plans to meet the RRFs deadlines by 2026.
Options include scaling up successful measures and leveraging financial instruments.
We continue to work closely with Member States to maximize the RRFs benefits.
Thank you.
