The House of Representatives bid farewell to Roelien Kamminga on Tuesday, June 3. She had been a member of parliament for the VVD since March 2021. She was also the deputy chair of the House of Representatives since July 2022.
Kamminga is leaving the House due to her appointment as mayor of Groningen. Even behind the scenes, you are a quiet force.
Report For a Working Chamber
Bosma praised her commitment to various committees and working groups. She led a group of members of parliament who earlier this year published the report For a Working Chamber This report contains practical recommendations for the Chamber as a whole, the standing committees, and individual members of parliament.
