Currently, the CDA party office consists of two adjoining buildings, Buitenom 18 and Buitenom 19. Most of Buitenom 19 was rented out to other companies in recent years. Thats why we started developing a new housing plan at the end of 2021.
In the future situation, Buitenom 18 will be sold, and we will move into Buitenom 19. The proceeds from the sale of Buitenom 18 will be used to make the party office more sustainable. The new party office will have at least energy label A+. The renovation will reduce housing costs, leaving more money for the association.
The work is expected to be completed by early 2026. During the renovation, the party office will remain open to staff and members. Large gatherings, such as network meetings, will temporarily take place at other locations.
