Mayors can often predict riots and other disturbances in their municipality in advance because online calls are made to riot. Currently, they can only intervene when the problems actually arise. We believe that mayors should have the right to demand that such inciting or disorderly calls be removed immediately, and that there should be a fine for those who do not comply.
