From Monday, November 24, we will replace the electronic signs along the Markerwaarddijk. New, modern signs with road information will be installed on both sides of the dike. These signs are also called DRIPs: Dynamic Route Information Panels. During the works, one lane will be closed. Please expect delays and detours.
Replacing the DRIPs makes the road safer and provides better information to drivers. With the new signs, current traffic information and warnings can be displayed clearly and reliably.
Schedule
The works will be completed on December 19. On the nights of December 15 and 16, two signs on both sides of the Markerwaarddijk will be replaced.
