5 active lessons about sustainability
How much water does it take to make a pair of jeans? Where do the parts in your phone come from? And what effect does greening your garden or balcony have? With the ImpactProject from the foundation Think Big Act Now, pupils discover the surprising and often invisible impact of daily choices. In 5 lessons, they work on current topics such as food, travel, and electronics. Through research, creative assignments, and discussion, they learn about sustainability in an active way.

As a province, we find it important to support initiatives like this to share knowledge. The lessons show in an accessible and inspiring way how daily choices can reduce CO2 emissions. Therefore, 35 primary schools in Gelderland can participate in the program for free in the 2025-2026 school year. An experienced guest teacher provides the lessons.
