Gelderland Makes Room for Energy Innovation
Over the past 3 years, the campus has become increasingly attractive. Buildings have been renovated, improving energy labels. There is less vacancy and revenue has increased. Large companies such as TenneT, Alliander, DNV, and KEMA have already established themselves on the site. The establishment of international parties such as Hyosung and NRG Pallas shows the international appeal of the campus.
Room for Companies Working on Sustainable Energy Solutions
With the Perspective Fund Gelderland, we invest in a future-proof business climate for national and international enterprises. The Electricity Campus literally and figuratively brings together energy transition, innovation, and economy. We create space here for companies working on sustainable energy solutions. Through collaboration with Connectr and Lifeport, we demonstrate how Gelderland is at the forefront as a European hotspot in electricity.

Collaboration Strengthens Gelderlands Energy Profile
The campus closely collaborates with regional initiatives such as Connectr, Lifeport, and the National Expertise Center for Network Congestion. This collaboration enhances the (international) appeal of the region and strengthens the innovation ecosystem surrounding energy.
Rich History and New Future
The 18-hectare site, with 22 buildings, of which 6 are monumental, now offers 33,000 m² of space for companies working on the energy supply of tomorrow. The Electricity Campus builds on the rich history of Arnhems Buiten as a testing and certification location for KEMA and gives the site a new future full of energy.
This investment comes from the Perspective Fund Gelderland (PFG), which Oost NL manages on our behalf.
