The first response from the Provincial States on the Starter Package Netherlands from the Lock:

This starter package is a nice, first step forward that fits well within the Gelderland line. We are pleased with the attention for the Veluwe and the focus on realistic, achievable, and sustainable plans, for which financial resources are also available. And with the concrete goals for nitrogen reduction that all sectors contribute to. There is also attention in these plans for the bottlenecks in legislation and regulation. Of course, much still needs to be worked out. We are not there yet. But we clearly read the invitation to shape further steps together. We will make an effort to establish good, secured agreements for further elaboration.
