About the BT Event

SKBN (Foundation Knowledge Alliance Business Locations Netherlands) organizes the BT Event. The BT Event has been the networking event since 2006 where the social and economic importance of work locations and business parks is central. The focus is not only on the actual space for work locations but also on the functioning of these work locations in a rapidly changing world. This concerns the economic functioning of work locations and environments where companies collaborate on innovation. But also about the rapidly changing sustainable requirements imposed on our living and working environments.

What can you expect?

Through interesting breakout sessions and inspiring speakers such as Rens van Tilburg (macro-economist), Gijs Tuinman (Secretary of State for Defence) and Wendy de Jong (Chair of Rom-Nederland), we explore questions such as:

  • How do we remain competitive in a new world?
  • What choices do we make as a region, government, and business?
  • How do we create space for innovation, work, and energy?

In short, an afternoon full of practical examples and smart solutions.

Who is it interesting for?

During the event, about 300 visitors who work for economic departments of municipalities, provinces, the national government, regional and urban development companies, restructuring companies, knowledge institutions, and consultancy agencies come each year. What about you?
