The new subsidy aims to stimulate small-scale local activities in a municipality. From January 5, 2026, all Gelderland municipalities can easily apply for this one-time subsidy with us. Applications are possible until June 30, 2026. The activities must contribute to a livable and connected society.

This scheme is a unique opportunity to organize activities together with residents that contribute to improving livability in the municipality. Think of sports events, cultural projects, or projects that stimulate meeting and connection.

In Gelderland, we work together on livability and social connectedness in villages and neighborhoods. In addition to the neighborhood and village deal scheme, we now have this one-time subsidy for local activities.
