An important step has been taken in Winssen towards a stronger community. No fewer than 52 parties signed the Village Deal on November 7, 2025. Thanks to support from the municipality of Beuningen and our subsidy, plans are being implemented that promote more meetings, involvement, and livability in the village.

Working Together for a Vibrant Village 

This Village Deal contains plans for young and old. For example, a nature playground for children and a wide range of sports for the elderly will be created. The community center De Paulus will also be renovated to remain a central place where people can meet. New residents are welcomed with special activities. Everything is aimed at strengthening the bond between residents in the village.  

Winssen Grows, the Community Grows Along 

The village will expand with 400 homes in the coming years. That means many new neighbors. It is therefore especially remarkable that residents themselves took the initiative to maintain and strengthen the connection in the village.  

Working Together

The Village Deal Winssen shows what can be achieved when residents work together. From new homes to attention for the elderly and opportunities for young people. This keeps the village lively and livable.
