The network platform Groen Kapitaal helps local initiatives that improve biodiversity or reduce heat stress. The province has now supported 100 initiatives, from planning to realization.

220 hectares of greening
All 100 green initiatives are listed on the Groen Kapitaal Initiatives Map. These are ideas that combine nature with how we live, work, and reside, such as dune gardens and community farms. More than 10,000 involved residents contribute to this.
Groen Kapitaal is the provinces network platform for initiatives that stimulate biodiversity. It is a place where parties share knowledge, inspire, and encourage each other.
