Between Monday, February 23 and Tuesday, March 3, digging will take place in the verge of the Provincial Road (N203) in Krommenie. The province is mapping the exact location of cables and pipelines there. Traffic may experience some inconvenience due to the work.
On the section of the N203 in Krommenie/Assendelft between the Vlietsend and the Trias VMBO, sound barriers will be installed. The provincial road runs close to houses there. To determine whether the chosen type of sound barrier fits, we need to know exactly which cables and pipelines lie in the verge of the road. Therefore, trial trenches will be dug at various locations in the verge of the N203. Work will be carried out from the parallel road. All houses will remain accessible.
