Due to frost and precipitation in recent days, damage has occurred to the road surface on several provincial roads. Therefore, various roads, including the N233 and N409, will be partially closed in the coming days to repair the damage.
On Tuesday, January 13, work will be done on the N233 between Veenendaal and Rhenen, and on Thursday, January 15, on the N409 between Nieuwegein and Houten. The repairs are carried out by Versluys on behalf of the Province of Utrecht. Work starts daily at 9:00 AM and lasts until approximately 3:00 PM. Under special circumstances, work may be extended.
The roads remain available in both directions, but traffic should expect short delays due to road closures. Traffic will be directed alternately past the work.
