In the evening and night of Wednesday, July 9, work will be carried out at the roundabout of the Rondweg Oost (N233) and the Prins Clauslaan in Veenendaal. New detection loops will be installed in the asphalt. The work will take place between 8:00 PM and approximately 1:00 AM.
The work is being carried out by BAM Infra Verkeerstechniek on behalf of the Province of Utrecht. The removal of the old asphalt and the cutting of the loops may cause noise disturbances in the area. Work will be done as quickly as possible to minimize noise disturbance. During the work, all directions at the roundabout will remain accessible.
It was previously reported that this work would take place on May 1, but the work has been rescheduled to July 9 due to circumstances.
