The Province of Utrecht and twenty involved municipalities respond with confidence to the news that Profit from your home is restarting. For many residents, this means that soon, with support and subsidies, they can receive advice on new sustainability measures and be fully relieved in choosing and implementing them. Entrepreneurs can also start working on measures again as soon as the homeowner gives the order.
The trustee has announced that Profit from your home will continue as an independent company. OnePlanet Group enables the restart with a financial investment and their expertise in IT and software. This restart ensures continuity for residents, further support for existing customers, and preservation of processes, preventing extra execution pressure on municipalities. By restarting, existing processes, systems, and knowledge are retained. This allows previous investments in the program to be utilized and avoids extra costs to rebuild everything.
Work gradually resumed
In December, activities will be further restarted, initially focusing on residents who have carried out measures themselves and want to apply for subsidies (the so-called declaration route). From January, home visits will be scheduled again and further services resumed.
Positive result after intensive efforts
In recent weeks, the trustee, the Province of Utrecht, and involved municipalities have worked intensively to prevent residents and entrepreneurs from being unnecessarily affected by the bankruptcy. Thanks to these joint efforts, there is a restart that continues ongoing trajectories. We are satisfied with this result and have confidence in the cooperation with Profit from your home in the coming period.
