The works on Driebergsestraatweg (N225) between Doorn and Driebergen are delayed due to persistent rainfall over the past days. The road between the intersection with Velperengh and the boundary of Doorn will remain closed until Friday, October 31.
The works have been carried out since October 13 by Roelofs on behalf of the Province of Utrecht. Due to the extension, the work will last until Friday, October 31, 23:59. Until then, the road remains closed to traffic. The detour routes between Driebergen and Doorn remain in effect. This detour runs in both directions via the A12 and the N227.
The bicycle path between Driebergen and Doorn remains open. Cyclists, residents, and emergency services can use it. Public transport follows a detour. We advise travelers to plan their trip before departure via 9292.nl external link.
