The cabinet designated a large part of Zeeland as a low-flying zone for military helicopters at the end of 2025. Residents or entrepreneurs who have questions or concerns about this can now express them via a survey.
The Province previously submitted a statement of views on the plans for Space for Defense. Provincial States have also already asked questions to the ministry. The Province is now inventorying whether there are any additional questions, concerns, or points of attention from residents or entrepreneurs about these plans. The Province can then take these into account in the discussions it holds with Defense. Interested parties can also sign up via the survey to stay informed about news on this topic.
The survey can be filled in from today via denktankzeeland.nl. The Provinces statement of views and the questions from the Provincial States can be read there. Responses are possible until March 13, 2026.
