Carla Weber is no stranger to the organization. As a freelancer, she worked from 2010 to 2024 as an interim manager at various municipalities (including Leiden, Amsterdam, and Haarlemmermeer), before taking on the role of interim manager at the Infrastructure Management Service in the Province of South Holland. On July 1, 2024, she took a permanent position as the director of the Execution domain.

Together with provincial secretary Marcel van Bijnen, she will focus on the further development of the organization and lead several organization-wide assignments aimed at this development.

“I am honored to take on this role. It was already fun and is becoming even more challenging,” said Carla. “I am very much looking forward to working with our strong concern team to ensure that we work integrally and area-focused. This way, we will increasingly succeed in achieving beautiful results together with municipalities and other partners.”
