According to the second calculation by CBS, the gross domestic product (GDP) in the fourth quarter of 2024 grew by 0.4 percent compared to the third quarter of 2024. The first calculation, published on February 14, also showed growth of 0.4 percent. The second calculation of GDP is published about 85 days after the end of the quarter.

The overall picture has not changed. The increase in GDP in the fourth quarter is mainly attributable to the trade balance and investments. Consumption also contributed positively.
