Transaction prices of existing owner-occupied homes were higher in almost all municipalities in the Netherlands in the third quarter of 2025 compared to a year earlier. The price increase was, as in the previous quarter, largest in Albrandswaard (ZH). This is evident from new analyses by Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and the Land Registry.
