The prices of existing owner-occupied homes have increased in almost all municipalities compared to last year. Prices rose most strongly in Albrandswaard and Winterswijk (24.2 and 19.7 percent), followed by Lopik and Voerendaal (18.5 and 18.3 percent). In Wormerland, Gulpen-Wittem and Heeze-Leende, house prices decreased compared to last year.
The prices of existing owner-occupied homes peaked in mid-2022. After that, house prices declined until mid-2023 when prices rose again. This was the case in most larger municipalities. In many smaller municipalities, the price did not decline but the price increase only flattened. Because prices rose again in recent quarters, house prices in most municipalities have reached new records.
