Largest Growth in the Machinery Industry
The industry comprises various sectors. Due to seasonal effects, the added value of these sectors in the third quarter of 2024 was compared to the same quarter in 2022, showing a 0.7% decrease. Most industrial sectors shrank during this period, with the largest decline in transport equipment, textiles, clothing, leather, plastics, and building materials industries. However, three sectors experienced growth, with the machinery industry leading at 23.5% growth.
