The CPB certifies the budgetary estimates to be considered of fiscal measures from the 2026 Tax Plan package and the amendment note of the 2026 Tax Plan. In total, eight fiscal measures have undergone an extensive assessment.
The CPB considers the estimates of the budgetary effects of the measures reasonable and neutral. For each budgetary estimate, the CPB provides a separate assessment of the uncertainty. Table 1.1 provides an overview of all certified measures.
