On Thursday, January 15, 2026, the Enterprise Chamber will hear the following cases – subject to changes.

  • 09:30 AM: the request of a shareholder (lawyer: mr. M.S.B. Schiphorst) to order an investigation into the policy and course of affairs of Companion Healthcare Veterinary Practice B.V. (lawyer: mr. F.L. Jansen) and to take certain immediate measures.
  • 01:00 PM: the request of a shareholder (lawyer: mr. J. de Graaf) to order an investigation into the policy and course of affairs of Gepru B.V. and to take certain immediate measures.
     
  • 03:30 PM: the requests of (i) a shareholder (lawyer: mr. P.C. van den Berg) to order another shareholder (lawyer: mr. M. Aykaz) to transfer the shares held by the latter shareholder in Museum Hotel B.V. and Loraan Beheer B.V. (lawyers: mr. R.J.W. Analbers and mr. J.L. van Maanen), and (ii) of a shareholder (lawyer: mr. M. Aykaz) to order an investigation into the policy and course of affairs of Museum Hotel B.V. et al. (lawyers: mr. R.J.W. Analbers and mr. J.L. van Maanen) and to take certain immediate measures. 

The Enterprise Chamber will – subject to changes – be composed as follows: mr. A.W.H. Vink, chairman, mr. W.A.H. Melissen and mr. M.J.R. Brons, judges, and prof. dr. M.N. Hoogendoorn RA and prof. dr. A.J. Brouwer RA, councillors.

The hearings of the Enterprise Chamber are in principle public and take place in one of the courtrooms of the Palace of Justice at IJdok 20 in Amsterdam.
