  • 09:30 AM: the request of a certificate holder (lawyers: mr. S.W. Holterman and mr. T.C.A. Dijkhuizen) to order Amrâth Beheer Maatschappij B.V. et al. (lawyer: mr. B.W. Brouwer) to take over all certificates held by the certificate holder in Amrâth Beheer Maatschappij B.V. and to decide on related claims.
  • 1:00 PM: the request of Van Hulten Holding B.V. (lawyers: mr. A.A.H.J. Huizing and mr. M.P.R. Sardjoe) to order an investigation into the policy and affairs of PAIX Holding B.V. (lawyers: mr. L. Wijers-de Visser and mr. S.P. Kamerbeek) and to take certain immediate measures.
  • 3:30 PM: the request of Koning Keizer Beheer B.V. et al. (lawyers: mr. C.J. Jager and mr. A.G.J. van Rinsum) to order an investigation into the policy and affairs of LP Villa Holding B.V. et al. (lawyer: mr. R.Q. Potter), to take certain immediate measures, and to order LP Villa Holding B.V. et al. to take over all shares in LP Villa Holding B.V. held by Koning Keizer Beheer B.V.
