On Thursday, January 8, 2026, the Enterprise Chamber will hear the following cases, subject to changes.
- 09:30 AM: the request of RD Beheer B.V. (lawyers: mr. A.N. Kampherbeek and mr. M. Hoogendoorn) to order an investigation into the policy and operations of HGC Groep B.V. et al. (lawyer: mr. I.J.A. Tax) and to take certain immediate measures.
- 1:00 PM: the request of Waternimf Vastgoed B.V. (lawyer: mr. J.R. de Jong) to order Hoornwijck Investeringen B.V. (lawyer: mr. G.J.G. Bolderman) to take over all shares held by Waternimf Vastgoed B.V. in Jagihold B.V.
- 3:30 PM: the request of the works council of the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (lawyers: mr. R.J. van der Ham and mr. G.D. Depla) to declare that the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (lawyer: mr. R.E.M. Vink-Dijkstra) could not reasonably have reached the contested decision when balancing the interests involved and to take certain measures.
The Enterprise Chamber will be composed – subject to changes – as follows: mr. A.P. Wessels, chairman, mr. J.M. de Jongh and mr. E. Loesberg, judges, and drs. P.G. Boumeester and prof. dr. mr. S. ten Have, councillors.
The hearings of the Enterprise Chamber are in principle public and take place in one of the courtrooms of the Palace of Justice at IJdok 20 in Amsterdam.
