The KNMI has issued an orange code this morning for several provinces, including Utrecht and Flevoland. Rijkswaterstaat urges people in Utrecht not to travel during rush hour, and many regional buses are not running. This means that many people cannot reach the court, affecting both parties and staff.
The sessions of the Midden-Nederland Court will generally continue. If you are a party and cannot come to the court for your session due to the weather conditions, please contact us by phone before your session. If a session cannot proceed because court staff cannot come to the court, we will inform you as soon as possible.
