From today, Syrians wishing to return to their country can register for the increased return support.
This is a temporary support of €5,000 for adults and €2,500 for children. Unaccompanied minors receive €5,000. Syrians in the Netherlands who wish to make use of this can apply from 17 November 2025 until 31 December 2025 via the registration form on the DTenV website.
This applies to Syrians who have a residence permit, a pending asylum or regular application, or a return decision and were residing in the Netherlands on 1 October. All conditions are stated in the previously published message.
DTenV only provides support for permanent return. We do not support temporary return, for example for family visits or to collect belongings.
