All housing corporations will receive a letter about the contribution levy 2025. This will indicate the amount the corporation must pay to the Authority for Housing Corporations (Aw), so that it can perform its supervisory tasks.
Costs of the Authority for Housing Corporations
The Housing Act stipulates that housing corporations pay for the costs of the Aw. The Aw must collect a contribution levy by October 1 each year. The total contribution levy for the costs of Aw 2025 has been set at € 15,251,082. This total amount is distributed among all corporations, based on the calculation method in the Btiv 2015.
