His Majesty the King will receive the Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda, His Excellency L. Dushimimana, the Ambassador of the Republic of Angola, Her Excellency L.N.S. Pena, and the Ambassador of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, His Excellency S. Singh, in a ceremony at Palace Noordeinde in The Hague on the morning of June 18 for the presentation of their letters of credence.
The ambassadors will be picked up in a gala carriage and escorted by a chamberlain of the King. The embassy staff will travel in a blue carriage. Attendants in gala uniforms will accompany the gala carriage. Two mounted officers of the Royal Marechaussee in ceremonial uniform will ride in front and behind each procession. The ambassadors will be dressed in tailcoats or national attire.
At Palace Noordeinde, an honor guard and a military band will be in place. The honor guard consists of a commander and two detachments from the Air Operations Command. The music will be provided by the Marine Band of the Royal Navy & Drummers and Pipers.
There are also two honor posts of the Royal Marechaussee Brigade The Hague at the Palace. After an honor salute of four rolls and the national anthem of the ambassadors country, an inspection of the honor guard will follow, and the ambassador with entourage will enter. Upon the ambassadors departure, four honor rolls will follow again.
